Happy birthday
callme_k! Hope it's a great one sweetie. <33
Also.. Happy Easter to those who celebrate it.:D
Some randomness:
1. Things that make reading fic on LJ my happy place (in other words... easier...):
a) PDF's for large multi-chapter stories.
b) Master posters for multi-chapter stories.
c) Links to the next chapter in multi-chapter stories (when PDF's not available)
d) Sticky posts for links to all the authors other works. (after reading someone's fic and enjoyed it I like to see what else they've written. A Master post makes this so much easy. I am often surprise how many ppl don't have one)
e) Podfics to stories.
f) Regularly updated WIPS ( I actually like reading WIP's - it's like a serial and it often means I can read it fairly quickly and get my fic "fix" for the day. But yeah... regular updates are made of WIN!)
2. I found community that provides links to stories related to creatures - so, werewolves, vampires, shapeshifters etc. Kinda neat if you suddenly fancy a werewolf fic (which I have of late..*g*).
It's
spnnightcrawler. Very neat. I'd be really keen to know of any other comms that categorise fics like this.
3. SUPERNATURAL ANIME!! I've been watching some more episodes and man, I love 'em. Animated Sam and Dean has less personal space issues so there's a lot more bro!touching.
Dean is crying and Sam comes up and puts his hands on his shoulders to comfort him (yes... anime has hurt/comfort...*g*)
Then... Dean really sobs and Sam puts his arms AROUND HIS CHEST! *kill me now*
Also... the wee!chesters are too adorable. The back stories for the boys and John are excellent. "Rising Son" particularly so. Even had some wee!Sammy in peril with awesome big!bro Dean thrown in just to please me.

Here They are not streaming but the intros and promos are there. Plus the download links.
It's Anzac Day here today. A day for remembering the fallen in past wars - namely in Gallipoli but for all wars really. It's sad that we still have to have wars, but it seems the human race doesn't know how to learn or negotiate peacefully.
