Hello, I am Tylenol Sinus Nighttime. Like my brother T.S.Daytime I do my best to clear your sinuses and make you feel better. However, unlike my brother I will also knock you on your ass, not unlike alcohol. This has pleasurable and not so pleasurable side-effects.
