How can Moffat be so amazing...

with Sherlock and be so terribly hit and miss (mostly miss since he took over) with Doctor Who? I love his Sherlock. How does he manage to evoke emotions in that one and completely fail in Doctor Who? Well, at least we have Sherlock. Please don't make us wait another year!
