I took a quiz today that was really helpful and told me what I need to be healthier. Most of it was pretty brainless, but some was specific and new information...that I can't necessarily make use of because of time/money. But helpful, nonetheless.

I just bought a semester pass for the group classes at the Rec Center. I am especially interested in KickFit, Yoga, and Hip Hop, which are actually the only classes that really work between my classes and work.

My goal is to start working out on my own at least once or twice a week and attending Hip Hop each week, maybe one of the other classes once in a while, too. Jackie said she'll do Hip Hop with me; anyone else? It's Tuesday nights at 9pm.

I also need to start eating healthier, but I can't really afford that quite yet.

And I need to get more, steady sleep.

With that said, since I have to be on campus at either 9 or 8am during the week, my new ideal bedtime is 11pm, which I've already violated.

P.S. I am aiming to save $500 before Christmas (preferably before November), because my parents said that if I can do that, they'll match the $500 and I can get a MacBook for my Christmas gift!!!! Please encourage me in this and in becoming a healthier Ashley.
