Just wondering...
if other Kuro fan artists are suffering the same thing as me -- sort of ... the lack of motivation. I'm frankly not the type to go ga-ga over dozens and dozens of icons made from colored manga pages or anime screen shots. I seem to be seeing a flood of these posts lately and nothing much in terms of original fanart. Heck, I can't really say the manga chapters of late really inspire me much, compared to all the fun we had around episode 19 and on with the anime. Manga really needs to pick up the spark it seems to have lost,... granted there are fans out there who thought chapter 33 was just fantabulous...
And as for any fanart, the ones I really like are those that offer something different from the mangaka san's version, in terms of style or feel... something... anything. I guess the kind of fanart I like are the ones in which I can see the fan artists own take on the characters and series itself, while maintaining the recognizable likeness. :(
