Heard back from Yuho of Saimin!!!!! Yay!!!!!
Oh, I'm so ecstatic right now I can't type! Last month, I checked her site and found out that she had some left over copies of S:LOG and Kaleidoscope Syndrome, so I wrote her asking if she could send a copy of each to me here in the states. I wrote her in Japanese of course. Well, she wrote me back and was very apologetic that she can't figure out how her bank account would accept stuff (well, there's the wire transfer...but anyway), apparently, she wasn't comfortable, so I said I'll let my sister in Japan contact her.
Hehe, things went well and I'm going to be getting my hands on a signed copy of those doujin! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Damn, I'm so happy I can't think straight!
She sounds so cute in her e-mail response, just like she does in her scribbles and free talk in the doujinshi and on her site. I made her all nervous asking her to "autograph" the books. She was like "I don't have a cool looking signature... Mine's like a student writing her name on a test, but if you ask, I'll do it." LOL Adorable!
