A common occurance
Something that's actually a very common sight on the road - and thus all the more sad, is the number of troops you see in the Atlanta airport. Every single time I go there's an entire couple of squads lined up heading somewhere. Rarely they're going home, generally they're all together heading back out.
I guess they gather upstairs. The USO gives them some care packages and then they head down the stairs and walk through the food court. Everyone claps and they continue walking down pass baggage claim to get in another line that... who knows where it goes.
