It has been sunny, then storming, then sunny, then downpours, then sunny, then thunderstorms... for several days.
As I type this, it is pouring down rain here, and has been for a few hours. There are flood warnings out. We live on the side of a mountain, and the water passes us by (or always has) but there are some really bad areas here in town.
