I am catching up on my photos, starting with Friday.
All the days have rather blended into one another, but I did take a picture or two every day.
Friday, I was at the computer and Bella wanted me to pick her up. Here's what she looked like:
Saturday, Alice was "marauding" (as Bear says) all over my computer desk. She is out and about more now, somehow she has decided to accept Bella. We've had Bella since May 2nd of last year!
She looks skinnier here for some reason. Sucking her stomach in!
This is Alice again, sitting on a large piece of cotton batting that I am going to use to make my quilted sewing machine cover. i have the top done already, just need to make the "sandwich" and quilt then bind it. She loves the warm batting!
She allowed me to get a close up!
Here's proof that Bella and Alice are getting closer. She doesn't run when Bella is around, and Bella isn't trying to "get" her all the time. They even kissed on Friday!
Sunday, we had a quiet day at home, just like Saturday. It was peaceful. Here, Bear is bringing in our supper, which was twice-baked potatoes for him and lentil soup for me.
Monday evening, we played our favorite game (did a lot of it over the weekend, too!), Lexulous, on Facebook. It is just like Scrabble. We play each other, as well as others. We are both hopelessly addicted! :) But it is good for our aging minds!
We also had a treat -- Ellen, my aide, brought us two pieces of "Honey Bun Cake" that she made. It was moist and tasty!
Monday afternoon it started snowing, and snowed off and on all night. It was white everywhere this morning, but though it has snowed all day thus far, it isn't as white on the ground as it was before. It has been so pretty, watching big flakes fall all day long.
Here are pictures I took today,:
Snow in April
Bella, with her coat on. She just came in from outside and wants her warm bed!
Sorry for the screen on this one... if you can see it, there are two large, identical trees across the street, and they seem very light green in color. They are actually in full bloom! With snow on the ground! This is the view from our bedroom.
Whew! It took me a LONG time to get this post up, as I have to upload the pictures to PhotoBucket and then upload to my journal. Hope they haven't been too boring!
