“Draco, what are you doing?!?” came an incredulous feminine voice.
He raised his head and lifted an eyebrow, giving Pansy a look that clearly said 'isn't it obvious?'
“Okay,” she said, her voice laced with exasperation, “why are you drawing up death plans for Ronald Weasley?”
“Well, they say it's the season of joy and gladness...” Draco trailed off innocently, and carefully watched as she rolled her eyes before flouncing away.
He then raised his icy gray eyes to the offending sight of the Weasel, with his arm draped indecently around Hermione Granger.
