Goodbye, Friends
After a long absence and horrible neglect to this journal, I have decided to leave it.... at least for now. I've had this particular journal for so long I couldn't ever totally get rid of it, but I do feel the need for a fresh start, both for myself and for some of the people who may or may not still be reading this.
But, I will be starting a new photography-based blog over here. And yes, Victoria, there will be nudes. Probably frequently. So be prepared for that, or don't check it at work. Your choice :)
My long silence here has been because Things Have Been Happening in my actual life, and leaving me with little time to actually write about them. In addition to the alternating incredibly thrilling and tear-inducing frustration of planning a wedding, I have mostly stopped modeling. But that's a good thing. I've graduated to becoming a photographer in my own rights. About half of what I shoot are self portraits, so I still end up in front of the lens at times. But I've found shooting what I want and bringing my ideas to life is far, far more artistically fulfilling than bringing most other photographer's ideas to life. So I will follow this path and see where it leads me.
