So because the boss wanted to release software to production mid-week I spent 17 hours at work on Wednesday. Then 10 on Thursday. And almost 9 today. Worst part? Not only are bugs GALORE showing up that should have been caught weeks ago (great testers), people are asking how things work and screwing things up that we showed them how to do weeks ago. We've done 6+ demos on how the shipping interface works; they screwed it up no less than 3 times today.
Of course, I come home to relax and get a ration of shit here too. Ugh. Just too wound up. Hanging out helped a little, but not much.
Overall, I'm predicting a bad two weeks at work. I'll try to take it in stride and hope my back doesn't tighten up too much more. Too much to do and not enough time. Shit, was supposed to visit my grandparents this week too. Oh well, I'll figure it out.
