*FUCK*.. This kids on $10,000 bail because he had a BBgun in the TRUNK of a car .

FULL ARTICLE HERE but in essence.. a kid had a bb gun in his lap when his car pulled onto campus... no gun was seen on campus, no threats made, no indication of trouble except someone thought he saw a gun in a car in the school parking lot. From there the BB gun, the reporting goes wacky in predictable ways.. the BB gun was of a pistol, but suddenly there are reports of a rifle.. the school goes to lock down and now parents are calling about their kids being held hostage at gunpoint...
In the end they find the registered owner of the car.. and list things like the fact there was a SHOVEL and a SAW and such in the trunk as if that was SUSPICIOUS.
Ok.. really I blame the media , the government and a bunch of other folks who feel a population of terrified sheep are easier to manipulate.
The'yre right.. they've won. Americans at this point would call a national emergency and martial law if a shadow went "Boo!"
