Life goes on.

Well, I have been through a lot. I had some more health issues in November, December, and recently in March. Hopefully, things will be a little better for a bit. I also moved out on my own, so that has been a new experience for me. The plus side is the fact that I can cook when ever I want to (usually dad doesn't want the oven used certain times of year. I also was given some real nice kitchen things. I also enjoy the jacuzzi that the apartment has available. The downside is the fact that my antenna doesn't pickup any of my favorite channels. (Recently, I discovered that I can get a digital PBS channel.) And the biggest downside I have found is that I really miss the time spent with my folks and the ability to speak to someone. Yes, I can call them, but I miss just being able to just turn to them any time.
I got to visit mom in the winter. It was weird to think of her living up there and not in my childhood home anymore. I also feel,l likel I never got to take a break from work.

Today, I went to Barnes and Noble. I was shocked how much it has changed since I last went to it. The entire back section was dedicated to learning toys. Also, I was sort of shocked to see that there were no longer any Fruits Basket in the manga section. It's like the end of an era . A further shock was to see that Gunslinger Girl had volumes above 6 now, and that they rereleased Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. I am almost tempted to start a new series... almost. I thought about getting a periodical. Looked at Star Wars Inisder, and Science Fiction and Fantasy magazine. Didn't end up getting anything.

Then I spent the afternoon with my folks.

life, reading, fun stuff
