POCKY'S FIRE UPDATE
OooOokay. So. Guess what! I've been evacuated from my home. Yaaaaay!!!!! And its made of wood. YAAAAAY. And the fire was/is on the hill by my house. Yaaay!!!! Its not as bad as all that, as we are the only place in the canyon's with a fire lane, so I know that my home will be safe, as its the road that is the start of the firelane and the firefighters will want to keep it safe, so my home will be okay.
Ummm. Fire. Yes. Its arson, three fires were lit at the same time. Thank you arson people, we REALLY needed that. Yep. Its a perfect way to clear bush. Have you ever thought about pressuing it as your profession? You should. You rock at ruining peoples lives and memories, good work!
I got myself and my cats out of harms way, and my rat. My cats get a free lift at an animal hospital that is opening its kennels out to those who have been evacuated, so suffering payed out for me! Luckily I live in such a tiny space etc, that I didn't have much to pack, so practically everything fit in my car save a few books, food, and my couch and bed. I was really impressed actually. I honestly thought I had more stuff, but I didn't 0_o.
Any ways, to those out there who can't get a hold of me, my cell phone is lost somwehre in bags or back at my house. So. I can't be reached via my cell phone. When I find it, I'll call you!
In other news um....I have a job! yaaaaay! I'm a nanny again, it pays well, I only work four days a week, and I can go back to college again in January.Yaaaaaaay! Okay, I have nothing further to add, as other than bunking at my mom's due to the huuuuUUUuUUuuuge fire going on, nothin' much has happened! Um. Yeah. Oh yes, and BARBARA! I have your Avonlea DVD and it is safe! And not scratched! I'm sorry I couldn't call you!!!!! When do you want to pick it up?
