Wow, I almost didn't realize it was time for more meme...

21. Do any of your characters have children? How well do you write them?

Ah, no. My characters are rarely old enough to have kids, and if they are, they don't live in an environment that would be safe for raising kids. It'd be like sticking a defenseless baby in the cargo hold of Serenity - not okay, no matter how cute their kids would be. I imagine I would not be that good at writing them...I'm no good at understanding developmental psychology. They would be short, adorable versions of teenagers and adults.

22. Tell us about one scene between your characters that you've never written or told anyone about before! Serious or not.

Ahm, okay, the sex scene between Rian and Hart near the beginning of my NaNo. *blushes* It just sort of happened...Hart was being an incorrigible flirt, and Rian was being an easily seduced little fail, and they were both probably high anyways...you know the deal. It wrote itself before I could stop it.

23. How long does it usually take you to complete an entire story-from planning to writing to posting (if you post your work)?

If you're talking about a full-length story, then I will have to say never. Or a month. Depending on how you see it. I mean, I've finished two stories during NaNo, sort of. I'm not proud of either of them, and I'm almost too scared to them to fix them into something I am proud of. All of my other stories have the tendency to fall by the wayside. So I really couldn't tell you how long it takes me to Finish A Story for real.

24. How willing are you to kill your characters if the plot so demands it? What's the most interesting way you've killed someone?

I have...a problem, we'll say, with character death. If the plot really REALLY needed it, I'd do it. But normally I'm like oh, she got shot, but she's better now so it's okay, let's have cake~! I haven't killed off a character yet, I don't think. I should, because I need to get over this, but at this point I just...can't. It's too difficult.

25. Do any of your characters have pets? Tell us about them.

Umm, well I mentioned that Krys has her hypothetical pet dromeciomimus. That's the best example I have. I guess I don't give my characters pets for the same reason that I don't give them children. A fluffy kitten, though adorable, would be very difficult to keep alive in some of these circumstances.

Man, I really need to write about people with normal lives. A fluffy-lesbians-with-a-kitten story would just be SO much fun.

So in other news, my mom and I were listening to the radio, and we accidentally happened upon a show talking about bicuriosity in teenagers.  Oh f*ck.  Expect some ranting later, but I won't clog up my meme with it.  JUST WARNING YOU.  XD

meme, writer angst, everybody in the world is gay
