 I did it. I went to the doctor this morning and asked for help. The only thing that usually gets me through the door of the local health centre is if I'm worried enough about myself that I can't go on unless I sort myself out

Good stuff! Glad to hear you went to the doctor, and that she was supportive. Sometimes you get idiots for doctors, but it sounds like you're in good hands. Yay for supportive friends too :)

Thanks, Sulla, my friends have been pretty awesome with everything that's happened so I feel really lucky at the moment.

My manager was glad I'd gone and got help too, dropped the doctor's note in and the first thing she did was give me a hug and tell me that she was really glad I'm as ok as I'm going to get at the moment.

Your support was great as well. It made me feel better about going in the long run.
