What you just described about the paper and texture.. that's how I feel about fabric. It's odd.. I have tried every medium I could get my hands on and I finally came back to fabric. It's interesting as to what we are drawn to, isn't it?

By the way, I do love that last one. ;o) As simple as the foreground is, I see lots and lots of texture and life going on in the background!

Isn't it cool to find a medium that clicks?

Thank you :)

These have a Voice that sounds like you, and/or lets me see more of You than justabout anything else I've seen you do.
Happy wonderful explorations, voicing your own self, in any and all the directions this takes you!
I'm looking forward to seeing more.

and yes, I'm convinced that one's own true voice in one's art is what calls out to other folks to carry it home and live with.

Thank you :)

And yes, I do think the voice is essential to people carrying art home :)

Hey, Maber! I've got an idea about how you could sell this sort of art. Should I email it to you?

I REALLY enjoy these. I truly love the last one.

I'm in the same boat with my art right now. I'm trying to "find myself" and I think I'm almost there. I've just been stuck in some places that I could get comfortable in, but I know are not truly "my space." If all of that makes sense. :-)

Your work is wonderful! Thank you for sharing it.

Namaste.
