Guess who I met today! .... errr yesterday.
Yesterday was the last day of of my work week so needless to say, I wasn't entirely thrilled to be there. Not only was I a little bummed about being at work but I also had to wake up at 5 AM, this may only be a half hour earlier than ususal but never the less it sucked.
I'm at work, pleased to find out that my least favourite person isn't there, but we'd have to work shorthanded because of it. Bit of a trade off if you ask me.
Anyways... I've been a little loopy all day calling things funny and generally being tongue tied.
THEN.. Bomm bummm bummmm!!!
A customer comes up to my till and without thinking in my drunken-esq stupor "Hey! I'd know that face anywhere" which was greeted by an Amelie esq, very cute but looking shy finger up to her mouth. Oh right, I think, I shouldn't say anything out loud "I haven't seen you in awhile. How are you?" "Good, I haven't been around here lately." "Well I'll see you later"
No customer knew that I wasn't just talking with anyone.
I was talking to Kristin Davis, also known as Charlotte from Sex in the City.
