Forgot my poem for class. Yarr.
Food today. Not the best, but better than it could be. Going with the less food at a meal, more little meal/snacks.
Breakfast -
1 bowl of cerial w' 1% milk.

Revive Vitamin Water
Lunch -
Roast beef sub, small chips, soda.
