Harth Fray is dead. There was a confrontation in the park which resulted in his death.
I take responsibility for everything that happened. I answered his taunts. I allowed myself to be lured out. If I hadn't, no one else would have followed, and it never would have happened.
I'm can't say I'm entirely sorry he's no longer a threat, but I do regret what occurred.
I wish to ask the body's opinion regarding this matter.
