Operation: Joker ► I'm not sure if this is news to you, but I made some inquiries about it when one Harvey Dent posted about his own findings, and I found out that a spell was used to hide the kidnapped. But the Joker himself wasn't able to cast the spell, which means there was a magic user involved. One of the kidnapped mentioned the man Atlas had grabbed her, but he's believed to have been under the influence of another.
Which leads me to something I encountered the other day. Atlas made a voice post, and it sounded like there was an argument going on between him and another, who had a very different manner. I crossed swords with this other, and I believe there are two personalities in the one body. I'm not sure if this is news, but I figured I'd share that anyway. I can't be 100% certain if my guess is correct, but, well, let's say we're better to be safe than sorry, right?
You have my full support on the list, because I believe the more we know, the better prepared we're going to be. The excursion outside the Obex, plus the list of those who can and can't be trusted will be especially helpful. Maybe I'm overtrained, but those who can't be trusted are likely to use anything they can as an excuse to wipe out any opposed to them. If ever they caught wind of an expedition outside the Obex, that'd be all the excuse they need. Not that we'd be letting anyone outside the Alliance get wind of it, of course, but again, never hurts to be prepared. Plus I'm keen to see what's on the other side, in case the Keepers decide we're no longer worth keeping around. A dash for freedom would be a pretty good idea at that point!
As for deciding who should hold the post of Coordinator, I think we should all sit down and discuss that, because the last thing we want is dissension, especially in a time when things are so shaky. And we can lay out pros and cons about who would be best suited to that position. Just one woman's opinion, mind you, but I've always found getting together and talking is usually a good way to make progress.

A spell? Ying Fa has mentioned that she's been asked by Sylvanas to look into the items of those who'd been kidnapped to analyze the traces of magic in them... maybe you can help her look into that?

While most of you have expressed the same opinions on the matter, the excursion will have to be discussed in a separate meeting. There is much to be considered - getting away from the Keepers, for one. We've seen what they did to that resident who tried to escape.

Yeah. We definitely don't want more people getting fried. I think the priority (at least, that's what I believe) is finding out all we can about the Keepers, and seeing if there isn't a way we can neutralise them, or at the very least distract them long enough to allow the excursion team a chance to get out and get back in safely. But we'll leave the in depth discussion for another meeting.
