Just finished watching S01E17 of Legend of the Seeker. It’s been a good show so far, especially since it’s different enough from the books that it still surprises me. :)
Also finished reading the first two books of Dragonriders of Pern, and passed it on to M. Currently reading A Clash of Swords, Making the Most of Your Money Now, and another TN-approved book I won’t mention yet.
Speaking of TN, I got a great e-mail from him today in response to my e-mail about how things went in Panamá. (I had a great time with M, and it was very good to see the fam again. Dad isn’t quite the same any more, at least he’s still around.)
Had a long day at the office. Been trying to make up time from the holidays and all the other days I’ve taken off recently. Making some good progress on my work there. Keeping my fingers crossed that the Boss will get a proposal past a potential new customer. If it goes through it will mean good things for the company, and by extension, for me. *fingers crossed*
