Name some traits that you value in a boss or leader: Competent, being good at what they do -- there's gotta be a reason they're the boss, you know? Approachable. Realistic in their expectations. Willing to consider "the little people" as people.
Some you dislike? Scatter-brained. Irresponsible. Expects the impossible. Needs a babysitter rather than an employee/underling/assistant/subordinate.
Name some traits you have that you think a boss or leader would find useful: Single-minded dedication to tasks I find interesting. Unusually organized when it comes to important work. A little too eager to please, so as not to be looked at unfavorably. D: And I seem to have a knack for makin' people laugh, or at least putting them at ease with my silliness, so I guess that's good. ^^;;
Some that wouldn't be useful? If it's uninteresting, you'll have a hell of a time gettin' me to do it in the first place. I second-guess myself all the time, so even if I think I know exactly what I'm doing, I'll take forever just in case. I can't get to the point; I've gotta ramble on and-- were you asking me a question? (Also? I'm filling out this app instead of finishing cover letters for real jobs. And I've got to be awake in about four hours.)
Do you mind being viewed as expendable or replaceable? Who doesn't? If I knew that was the case, I'd do all that I could to change that opinion - and if I couldn't, well, shit, that's a bunch of wasted effort. I'd deal with it if I needed the job/to be in that position/whatever.
Hypothetical Situation
You have a lazy unproductive boss. Do you report him to the higher ups or try to get him to do work? Try to get him/her to do the work. Though, really? Probably offer to do the work for 'em. .__.
Your boss is verbally abusive. How do you react? Deal with it until I'm away from them, vent about it to someone, then drop the issue. If it's a recurring thing, however... w-well, if it was a normal boss, I'd confront the person about it, but if it was an Arrancar/Espada? I'd take it like a bitch. D:
Your boss is, well, the type of person that seems like they will kill you in your sleep. Reaction? Panic mode: engaged. I'd do my best not to mess up, etc. -- and probably would stop sleeping.
Your boss doesn't really seem to notice you exist or care. Your thoughts on this? On one hand, feeling invisible sucks. On the other hand, I'd be free to do as much or as little as I wanted with no fear of reprecussions -- so maybe it'd be a good thing, heh... That'd be nice.
Your boss(for whatever reason) wants to eat you (seriously). What are your thoughts on this matter? "P-please don't?" I'd be creeped out as hell, and try to avoid being around them at mealtimes.
