Honestly, I feel like someone turned me inside out, I really do. Finally am back at work, and am panicking, I have so much to do and so little time......
Went back to the Physio today - he has prescribed more exercise and a return visit in a week. In other news, I have had my hair cut/trimmed once again, and it's not bad.
February. The month of maintenance, dammit. I'm at the dentist this afternoon, too.
And I want to sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep still.
