Resurrection...
Well, I finally decided to do it. Despite my on going thoughts saying "No one will ever be interested in what I have to say" and so on, I've made up my mind to bring this LJ back to life. Mainly on the encouragement of a certain friend...Sonia. ;-)
To be honest, I don't think I'm all that interesting and I never seem to know what to say on places like this. So, I'll just start an 'Orlando pic of the day' thing, and see whether it sparks up anything.
I think I should start by posting a nice, big pic of my favourite milkman - Jimmy. Ever since I saw 'The Calcium Kid' I've just fallen for 'Jimbo' in a big way. Character or not, I adore him. Sweet, sensitive, naive, funny, determined...and beautifully played by Orlando. It's unfortunate that not many people have seen this film because I beleive it's one of his best roles so far. Personal. An everyday guy, doing everyday and extroadinary things. It's not the greatest film, but I don't think it was supposed to be. It's just funny, warm and sweet and I love it. (Note to critics: and NOT to be taken SERIOUSLY! Jeez!) Enough rambling, here's one of my faves...
