Peter saw a movie!
Block E has a Movies for Moms program that Peter and I took advantage of this morning. Even better, we got to ride the train to get there! "The Notebook" was okay; the train ride was lots of fun :) We went all the way back to Fort Snelling before going home.
Peter is laughing now--it's such a fun sound. He has also discovered cause and effect (ie, pull on the play gym, the hanging bell rings; kick legs in the tub, mommy and daddy get wet). He stares so intently at everything, it's almost creepy. He also flirts with everyone who comes near him. He is becoming more and more fun all the time.
I've finished buying diapers for the time being and have been knitting in my free time these days. I dyed some yarn using Kool-Aid and made diaper soakers out of it. Mmm...the smell of Red 6 dye...
