Gardening!

I really am a stay-at-home-mom now--we have a vegetable garden! Admittedly, I couldn't get around to planting anything myself--I needed the help of my 86 year old grandfather coming and transplanting huge spadefuls of hostas and dirt and ferns. My so-called garden consists of one line of peas, one line of beans, and a corner of tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers, but it's mine :) We had to force grandpa to go home instead of planting a couple more rows of beans. There are also herbs, marigolds, morning glories, dahlias, and cosmos here and there.

Yay for the joys of home ownership! I might actually get to mush up homegrown food for Peter this fall.
