Moving to the Eastfjords
Yet again, I'm about to move across the country. Over to the eastfjords of Iceland, to Reyðarfjörður to be precise.
I have recieved a job offer to work there in an aluminium plant and I will learn more about the job and take a test to operate heavy machinery in the beginning of May. Then I will start work a week after that.
I am quite excited for this, even though it's a lot of moving around. I've got a bedroom living with a sister of my stepfather. I think it'll be a great time to get to know that side of my family. They've been around for close to a decade now, yet I know nothing about them.
I had just gotten settled in the city when I recieved these news and have even begun work as a house builder here that I have to resign now. I haven't been there for long but I know I'll miss it, I do enjoy this kind of work and I might go back to it if I don't stay longer in the east then the summer.
