jay's week off. On Monday we took Una to playgroup. wednesday he went into the twins' school and helped in carter's class and then helped with the second graders putting their skates on for skating time. I went in at about 12:30 and helped Finn's class with their service learning project--making scarves for homeless teens. Wednesday night I took them out to the skating rink. Yesterday we had their semester end parent/teacher conferences. Today we had carter's class program about MLK. Today at 5:30 Finn and Carter have rink rats--beginning hockey lessons--which they have every friday.
we had contemplated going up to the UP for the weekend but i am pretty spent. Jay would like to just hang around the house. all i do is hang around the house and do family centered stuff. it would be nice to do something different. what? i have no idea.
we have bought tickets to go to Disneyworld March 13-18th. My sister and her family and maya are going to meet us there. we are staying at the old key west resort. Ellyn is coming out too. hoping for good weather. we had no good pool time last year when we went in early february. last time i was 7 months pregnant so i couldn't do rides, the long walking killed me and eating kinda made me sick. it should be much more fun for me this year. It will be fun with all the kids being with their cousins as well.
