Filet mignon, wild rice, mashed potatoes with smoked gouda....this morning i made bacon, portabella mushroom, and onion quiche. I forgot to thaw the lobster tails so they will be tomorrow.
Gifts overall went well.
Rumours of my dad, mom, melissa, and kids coming tomorrow. There are free downhill skiing lessons at the hill 5 minutes from our house. Hoping to drop off the twins. Rented skiis for the season for them. Have already been skating about 5-6 times.
Trying to knit. Best gift would have been more knitting time.
