HI KIDS I meant to make this post like a month ago. And then life and uni and work and stuff and all that.
BUT. I was thinking. (A dangerous pastime, I know) A lot of us foreign fans love a certain ken-1 from New York. And a lot of us are probably thinking of sending her presents for her birthday on the 2nd of December, or at least Christmas presents a few weeks after.
How many people would be willing to pool their resources into one amazing present?
At first I was thinking a kimono & accessories, because that's something that always comes in handy as a Takarasienne, and she can't exactly pop home and borrow one of Mum's or Gran's when she needs to.
But I keep in touch with her mother, so I think I might just ask her to suss out for us what this girl really wants. But before that, I need to have an idea of what kind of total we'd be looking at.
Playing by the average club rules, we'll go with 一口 of US$10. If you could give me an idea of how much, if anything, you'd be able to put in by Nov 2, I'd appreciate it.
