I know I've given you the advice to not look so hard before, but I think I am wrong. I think you're right that hope is the most important thing to have. Without hope there is nothing to push you onward and continue your search. I think you are an amazing person. You are fun to hang out with and you are caring and considerate. You have a charming grin and good hygeine. You are intellegent and sensitive. What girl wouldn't want that?

On all accounts, you should be able to find a girl who can appreciate all those things and understand how lucky she is to have a guy like you rather than one of a million assholes out there.

I want you to be happy. So don't give up. Find out how to put yourself in situations where you can meet people with similar interets (I hope I can help you with this when I move back to Maryland). Or give a try with online personals (I don't know if you have). I think the most important thing is to find a way to connect with other people, gear up for a few failures, but have that hope you will meet the right person. And I believe that you can.
