GAMES!
ok guys... i got a sweet little deal for ya all. or rather for those who like games and have a semi decent computer and fast net connection.... :D
on may 12th, as i was discussing with marc, E3, the biggest convention in the world for video and computer games begins here in LA. shame i cant go, but oh well. it runs until the 14th.
during that time one of the companines that will be displaying its new game (just like all of them are doing) decided they would demo it not only for the people at the convention... but everyone, everywhere, with any kind of net connection. (but fast is good.)
in shor,t go to the link i'll provide and download the thingy. then run it and follow the instructions, nothing major right now. but basicly, all of us can hop in a play this game, called Guild Wars, for three days, months before its release. the wonderful thing is... its not just free now... its always free. theres no motnhly fee like there is with everquest or other such games. thisone, ya just buy it, then play it all ya want, buying the expansion packs and such only if you choose to. its a great idea.
game play wise, this is apparently alot like diablo. myself, i'm just thinking how kickass it would be for all of us lovely lotr nuts to hop in and play with each other! :D (yes, i said play with each other intentionally. you all know i'm a perv.)
