Pattern Review Checklist:

Pattern 0200
“Scalloped Skirt”

Pattern Description:
A-line, scalloped edge skirt that closes at the left front seam.

Pattern Sizing:
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing it?
Yes. I was aware I needed to enlarge this pattern to fit me and was able to do so easily.

Were the instructions easy to follow?:
For the most part. There was a problem with whether the scallops should be on the left side or the right side, but other bloggers had already mentioned this.

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?:
I particularly liked that the skirt pattern had multiple panels. I almost always have to adjust skirt patterns and prefer to have several seams so that I can “tweak” the fit without risk of distorting the finished skirt.

Fabric Used:
Light weight poly-cotton blend

Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I am short and round compared to this pattern so I removed several centimeters from the bottom and added several centimeters to the width. I divided the extra among the different skirt panels so that no one section would be out of proportion to the others.

Would you recommend this pattern to others?:
Definitely YES!
