Ok... so the ABC collapse has prompted calls to give the ACCC more powers (against creeping acquisitions). This despite the fact it had court-enforceable undertakings in place against ABC in re divestitures in multiple markets at the time of acquisition in at least two cases...? ...largely because the most recent - on behavioural guidance techniques - starts off by asking one to read a textbook chapter which proceeds from the premise that teaching kids to do what adults say is dangerous... oh, fuckit, I can't do it justice.
