Includes our first-ever common prettymouth, corals, russulas, more than a few unidentifieds, and some luvly boletes. Morton National Park, Easter weekend (Wog Wog to Corang walk).
This little fella is a bolete, or at least a fungi with pores - see 2nd picture - and I can't find him anywhere in the books. Any ideas, guys?... saw quite a few of varying maturity in the eucalypt section of the walk (between the white gum section and the Plateau). All growing on lower trunk of living trees, all with shaggy top and pink ring at top of stem. Doesn't look enough like B. emodensis (in Fuhrer) but that's the closest so far... no idea what.
