I highly recommend to anyone to buy a crock pot.  They are awesome.

I put a chicken in the crock this morning before I left for school.  Pretty simple.  I actually overestimated the size of my crock and ended up separately roasting a whole pan of veggies this afternoon.  So, here's a super simple recipe:
