What is your favorite spice to cook with and why? What do you make a lot with that spice, and what is the dish that seemes the 'oddest' to use that spice in where it worked really well?
Mine is Cumin, by far. I will put cumin on just about anything and relish in the "Mexican" flavor it gives to the food. This is followed closely by Italian seasoning. I know, this is a comglomeration of spices, but it is so good on just about anything as well!
