Glow Worm was my favorite too. =P
The teaching thing is great... but you better do some research on what grade level you want to teach in case it does happen this August.
My dad just dug up his potatoes last week... 35 pounds of red potatoes, I think. He's also waiting on several tomato and cucumber plants to ripen.
Maybe you should do a quick smash of the bugs instead of viewing their drawn-out death. That's tough. =(

I have modified my bug killing technique. I toss them in an inch of alcohol... instantaneous death.
