I just locked my medical log in
The scan is postponed until Thursday, because insurance hasn't approved yet.
I asked if there was something specific requested or was it just waiting to hear (why don't they think to tell you this?) .... they need clinical notes from the doctor. I don't know, all he has is the same scan they have.
Then the phone bank person said Amelia left a message for me... she couldn't read the word radiologist at first... but basically that the radiologist recommended the PET scan... umm, okay.. she didn't call me, so I don't think that was a message for me. Maybe it was for Envision? Maybe that's the clinical notes -- which again. ENVISION HAS NOW.
And yeah, I'm jittery.
Anyway, Envision says I can have the scan Thursday and the dr have in time for the appt Friday.
So not like it really matters.. but if I had the scan tomorrow, I would have probably emailed Amelia.. should I bring Randy with me to the appointment. Because you know....... even if she wouldn't tell me anything, that would be telling me something.
And if I had it tomorrow and it was just fine, maybe they would have called. Or uploaded it.
Or if I had it tomorrow and it wasn't fine, maybe they would have called and told me.
But now none of those are options.
