I am thinking of doing some flooring and cabinet work in the bathroom and flooring in the kitchen as well. For the flooring, I am thinking of going with Laminate, as it seems relatively durable and not too difficult. To that end

1.) Yes. While the amount of tiling you'll likely need probably shouldn't vary too wildly if you change up the cabinets, the shape/floor plan of them will. So if you're planning on replacing the vanity anyways, definitely wait till that's done before redoing the floor, since chances are you'll have to change it anyway.
2.) This is gonna depend on a few things. The leads for the water/drain are set up in that corner. While it's not impossible to change, it's not something you can just do yourself unless you know how. So unless you plan on either learning plumbing, or hiring a plumber, you'll want to keep things at least partially in the same area. Though without seeing it, it's tough to tell how much wiggle room you have with the shape/location. For example, chances are you could get away with a pedestal sink in the same spot, though you'd lose cabinet real estate.
3.) This one again depends on what you have at the moment. You may be able to measure and cut, and line it up flush with the existing moulding. Or you may have to remove the moulding, install the floor, and reinstall the moulding over the floor. For example, in my kitchen right now we have linoleum tiling, and it looks like the laid the tile, then put the moulding to cover the edges. But in my bathroom, the baseboard moulding is tile, so it's actually grouted onto the floor tiles.
4.) Dunno.
There's a start. You may wanna check out either HGTV's website, or I bet home depot and Lowes and such have some FAQ's and tutorials on their site as well, that might give you some ideas/info.
