Ack!
I don't know if anyone remembers me going crazy and ordering way too many plants earlier this summer, but here's the post if you don't. When I ordered them, I checked the website for when the plants would be shipped, and knew that during October I needed to get my flower beds ready for when the plants arrived in November. Last night I went out for a cigarette and found a huge box from Spring Hill Nurseries on my patio containing all of my plants. Since it is still September, I haven't a clue where I'm putting all of these plants, much less have any flower beds ready for them.
So, today, I need to figure this out and start getting these guys into the ground before they die. The bulbs I'm not worried about, but about half of the order is live plants or roots. Ack! I also need a load of dirt brought in to fill the flowerbed next to my driveway that was once filled with ugly crushed rock. Looks like I may have to go to the store and just buy a shit load of bags of dirt and compost instead. Fuckity, fuck, fuck, fuck!
