So, guess what! Today over IM Travis just told me that I was on TV for the Harry Potter thing at B&N. I didn't deserve it. I didn't dress up or even buy the book; I just read my sister's copy (I'm cheap... sorry Elizabeth). But, hey, that's pretty cool ( Read more... )

You kinda have the same dilemma I'm having. This is my schedule to this point:

1st - CVGS
2nd - CVGS
3rd - CVGS
4th - Student Assistant(I have to stay at CVGS until 10:45 b/c of Vector Calculus, so they have to do this to cover for it)
5th - AP Gov't (which means I have 1st lunch again)
6th - ?
7th - ?

I have College Comp left, which can be either 6th or 7th, but I have no other class, so they were either going to make me take another class or have an independent study w/ a teacher, which Mrs. Frazier already said I could do in her class. But b/c of that stupid 4th period thing, I would have to take Concert Band in order to stay in band. Ugh. I don't want too be in Concert Band either, so as it stands, I am not in band at all for my senior year, and it's killing me. But I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't be able to go to Festival anyway b/c of cheerleading nationals in Virginia Beach, which are March 10-12, which was the same weekend as Festival last year. I have been going back and forth with this, so don't think your the only senior who'd have to be in Concert Band. We could take over that band together! Muh-haha! See ya at Teresa's party! :-)

just fyi... unless they do a different schedule thing this year, you'll have college comp 6th period, because she doesn't have a 7th period- which also makes concert band difficult to do :-(

(i hated schedules in high school... thank god for college and creating your own!)

It was changed. Before Dr. Roberts left, he finished the master schedule, which I had gotten to see for one reason or another and he had College Comp down for 2nd, 6th, and 7th. So unless he did a last minute change, that's what he had.

Scheduling scheduling.. what a headache >_< You can't be in band at all? Sheesh, band is not going to be nearly as fun as past years with all these people gone and such. Teresa's party= fun!! Wish ya could've stayed longer, or I could've come to her house earlier, meh. Well, have fun with that scheduling and all that great stuff. ^-^
