Stormpilot (a.k.a my newest obsession)
So, with Star Wars: Rogue One having hit theatres I figured it was past time I finally watched Star Wars: The Force Awakens. One of my best friends, Mimi (who loves Star Wars, by the way) insisted I watched TFA. She also told me quite a bit about the story (without being spoilery, bless her! :o) ). And that there was a pairing within the movie that quite a few fans were ALL over, and considering my love for Sam/Dean she figured I'd love 'em too. That pairing, of course being, Finn/Poe a.k.a. Stormpilot. And OMG, I fell so hard and so damn fast I'm pretty sure I didn't even blink before jumping down into the Rabbit Hole that is the Stormpilot trashcan. ;o)
Ugh! I just love them! <3 I'm pretty sure it helps that with these two it very much felt like yet another Winchester AU. So yes, that makes me very happy. Like I told Mimi the other night I very much have a 'type' when it comes to my OTPs. :P :o) hee hee!
Shortly after watching the movie Friday night I hit up YouTube, tumblr and AO3 and stayed up waaaaaaaay too late looking at all the Stormpilot goodies. Heh Anywho, one of my favorite Stormpilot videos features the X Ambassadors' song 'Renegades' and has since then become the song I think of as Finn and Poe's song because it fits them so well. <3
