Yeah, I did considering working a fever in, but in the end, I was happy with what I already had, and I knew it was way too long to post in comments anyway. People will have to content themselves with the numerous references to hot tea and hot baths.

Supernatural. Sam/Dean. Dean is delirious with fever and he thinks little Sammy is in trouble (crossing the street on his own, whatever). It's up to real Sam to convince Dean that little Sammy is fine because Dean is such a good big brother.
