Do you not like mustard? Have you tried switching to fat-free mayo? Some people despise fat-free mayo. I haven't tasted real mayo since I was a child, so I really have no idea if fat free is grody as I really enjoy it. If you like mustard, try Dijonnaise. One teaspoon is 45 calories and zero fat grams. That's what I use on my sandwiches.
I've been combating my sweet tooth at work by having a cup of tea with honey in it or by eating the apple with peanut butter.
I really must try those flavored tuna pouches that you talk about. My mom loves them as well.

No, I'm not much of a fan of Mustard. I like it in small doses, but not enough to allow me to eat a snadwich. I'm the kind of person who will skip lunch rather than eat a mayo-less sandwich. I am going to try the Nayonaise, which is low fat, but I don't have high hopes for it, either.

wild oats has a wonderful juice bar that you can make your own. (duh, all this time i've just overlooked it.) so yesterday i made kale, beets, ginger and carrots juice. next time i'm going to add the spinaches! MMMMM MMMMM MMMMMMM!
