First of all, hello to new friends!!! Never be shy around here. :)

I got a fair amount of requests for drabbles when I posted the offer, so I think I better break them into two or three posts and post them as I finish them. (And the drabbles can also be read in the comments to the original post here. All the drabbles to follow are 100 words ( Read more... )

I loved all of these - at least, all the ones whose fandoms I knew. I especially liked the Snape/Hermione goodness.

A good person for you to meet on lj would be my friend midnightzstorm who makes fantastic icons. She made a bunch of mine, including that one, and this one.

OK! I have told her about you, and to come say hi.

(And actally she's introduced me to people in the past, so she should be open to the idea.)

Personally, I like making Lj friends because I don't like to post in a vacuum, if you know what I mean, but there are plenty of people out there who are very happy with a limited friends list, so don't let me be too pushy or anything, But you'll like midnughtzstorm :)

Did you see my new layout? It's a work in progress...

I did notice - every time I post a comment, something has changed: the background, the colours...are you doing trial and error with the custom options? I remember how long it took me to find a layout I was satisfied with.... I was pleased when I found one that let me use one of my own photos for the header. Especially since I may never see Golden Lake again except in pictures...*sniff*.

Speaking of, who's the person with the naked back on the background to some of your pages?

That's the one. I must have been visiting at just that second. The head and whole front of her body were cut off, though, so it was fairly mysterious. I even wondered if it might be Bowie, lol.

Thanks! Digital photography is my hobby because I like the pretty landscape pics. And all Canada really is gorgeous, nature-wise.
