So in Inquisition Woolsey agrees to form a closer relationship with other Pegasus peoples, and then at some point in future episodes they make reference to this (probably in a talk between Woolsey and John?), and at least suggested they were working together.. Can you guys remember what they called it? I know there was a name, like the "alliance

In Inquisition the judges (who call themselves The Council) say they speak on behalf of "The Coalition". It's mentioned again in Identity.
