Canon question

So in Inquisition Woolsey agrees to form a closer relationship with other Pegasus peoples, and then at some point in future episodes they make reference to this (probably in a talk between Woolsey and John?), and at least suggested they were working together.. Can you guys remember what they called it? I know there was a name, like the "alliance" or something. All that comes to mind is "alliance' and "federation". :)

So can anyone tell me what they called this agreement/group and in what episode or episodes it was made mention of again?

I'm off to the dentist, and I trust someone will have an answer for me by the time I return with my new filling. *is hopeful*
